Backcountry snow car beats skinning any day

Have you ever skinned your way up a hidden backcountry stash, only to wipe the stinging sweat from your eyes and think to yourself, "There's GOT to be a better way!"

Um, there is:

Ken Block's Subaru WRX-based Trax ST1 is probably the fastest snow cat ever built, and roaring along with a 400 horsepower engine, it's sure to shut the traps of your lift-riding frontcountry friends for good. Even better, whoever gets stuck driving will get to shred just as much as those on the slopes (maybe even more).

The teaser vid says it won't debut until Fall 2010, but sign me up. Y'all got layaway, Ken?
