Boys Will Be Girls

Of all the blessings that so-called reality television has visited upon us, is there any so glorious as RuPaul's Drag Race? If reality TV is all about high-concept game shows fueled by interpersonal drama, then surely Drag Race is the epitome of the genre. High concept? It's a show to pick the nation's next great drag queen, combining such diverse talents as singing, dancing, waxing and the all-important tuck. Interpersonal drama? These are queens; the drama comes with the territory.

Now you can enjoy all the drama and queens of season two, live and in person tonight, when Logo's Drag Race Tour comes to town. Winner Tyra Sanchez will be on hand, alongside runners-up Raven and Jujubee, to perform, party and mingle with the commoners. "We're going to party and hang out and meet all the fans," Sanchez promises. "The event is going to be amazing. For everyone in attendance, it will be something they will not forget." All that, and Absolut vodka is launching a new Berri Acai flavor? Truly a night fit for a queen. Join the fun at 9 p.m. at Tracks, 3500 Walnut Street. Tickets are $15 in advance online, $20 at the door. For more info, visit www.tracksdenver.com or call 303-863-7326.
