Start at the Denver Art Museum, 100 West 14th Avenue Parkway, where local troupes Ballet Ariel and the Hannah Kahn Dance Company will treat you to Contemporary Forms in Space and Time, an art-inspired performance in the lobby of the museums Hamilton Building, at 6:30 and 8 p.m. If you hit the place in between, take time to check out Daniel Richters splashy show. Across the way, the Colorado History Museum will feature local watercolorist Barbara Froula, famous for her images of local landmarks, who will preview a painting commissioned by the museum to tout its upcoming show, Denver at 150: Imagine a Great City. Out back, the Byers-Evans House Museum will offer readings by Colorado Homegrown Tales.
Other participants include the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the Forney Transportation Museum, the Molly Brown House Museum, the Childrens Mu-seum of Denver, the Black American West Museum, the Kirkland Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver.
