Half the fun of Frock Out is just getting there: The occasional fashion extravaganza hosted by the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation and Fresh City Life will return on April 19 with a romantic Titanic theme. But before that ship sets sail, you can get onboard.
The twelve competing local designers -- including one who's only fifteen years old -- have each contributed special gowns that are now on display in Schlessman Hall at the Denver Central Library, where you can vote for your favorite. But if you can't make it to the library before the April 16 deadline, the fancy frocks are also on view at the Frock Out 2012 website, where you can check them out and cast a vote (just once, or up to once a day). The winner will receive a people's choice award at the main event; visit the DPL Friends online for tickets and information.
