Make baskets while the sun is shining at the Southwest Court at Skyline Park

Spring has sprung early in Denver, bringing with it crocuses, daffodils and March Madness. And if all of that puts you in a mood to shoot a few hoops in the Mile High sunshine, you're in luck: The freshly painted

Southwest Court at Skyline Park

opened for business last Friday. Now you can hoop it up to your heart's delight from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The court will stay up through April 12.

Special times are earmarked for specific groups to use the court throughout the day, including corporate hoops during the lunch hour and after-work pickup games. Youth skills clinics are also planned.

It's dunkadelic! Also, free. For additional information or to register for corporate 3-on-3 or 5-on-5 lunch-hour games, visit the website.
