Last year, Infinity Park, the metro area’s center of the rugby universe, pulled a major coup when it brought rugby’s touted Churchill Cup to the region, hosting preliminary matches at the Glendale park and farming the final out to Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. Something must have gone incredibly right, because the Cup is back for a second year. Although the tripleheader finals will flee Colorado for Red Bull Stadium in New Jersey, Infinity will once again host several rounds of quarterfinal and semifinal pool play between Canada, England, France, Russia, Uruguay and the USA during a three-day series of doubleheaders beginning at 1 p.m. today and Wednesday, June 9, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 13.

Admission is $15 to $30 general admission or $30 to $50 VIP daily, or $40 to $85 for a three-day ticket package; children ages three and under will be admitted free. Reserve tickets and get all the details at www.infinityparkatglendale.com.
