Photos: Find your own Monster to Love at tonight's Monster Makers auction

Ray Tollison and his twin twelve-year-olds, Ben and Sam, are men who make monsters. That's right: Together, the handy trio created their own monster-making company, A Monster to Love. They stitch together each adorable stuffed creature by hand, and the twin theme carries over into the charitable side of the business, which decrees that for every monster sold, a twin monster will be donated to a child in need.

Says artist Mark Monroe of his creation: "I wanted to be involved with the Monsters project for one reason: Bean made me do it. Bean is the little red beast I purchased, er, adopted at the Holiday Handmade event in December 2012. Little did I know when I brought him home, he would be such a fussbudget. Terrorizing the cats, demanding chocolate ice cream and orange juice smoothies at all hours of the day and night, complaining about our Netflix queue (not enough monster shows, apparently)...ugh. He's cute, but JEEZ. Adopt my cyclops at your own risk!"
