Here's how it works: You and two of your friends agree to coalesce into a team of three and choose a bottle of European red wine. Purchase three bottles of said wine -- and make sure the bottles are from the exact same brand and vintage -- and head to the Denver Newspaper Agency, 101 West Colfax Avenue. Two of your bottles will be opened, the label concealed, and the wine-tasting will begin, with participants circulating around the room and sipping on everyone else's choices. At the end of the tasting period, score cards will be collected and the ratings tallied. If your team brought the winning wine, you get to take home everyone else's unopened bottle!
