Not too long ago, we shared some art from Dunn the Signtologist, a talented Denver artist who paints portraits on street signs. His collections range from entertainment and cultural icons to Colorado hip-hop artists. As the popularity of his art continues to grow, the mainstream media appears to be catching on. Last night Dunn was featured in a report on 9News about the legal issues between artist Shepard Fairey's Obama "Hope" poster and the Associated Press and the future of street art. Check out the clip after the jump, and if you want more, Dunn is having two gallery showings tonight, one at the Orange Cat Gallery on 26th and Larimer at 6 p.m., followed by another at Optique of Denver on 15th and Blake at 7 p.m.
