As you've undoubtedly gathered by now if you've read this week's items on Tim Pourbaix, in Rough Mixes and the extended companion piece on the blog, tonight will mark one of the singer-songwriter's last local performances as a resident of Denver. Pourbaix has made quite a mark on this town as an artist, and suffice it to say, we're sad to see him go. In honor of his CD release party tonight at the Larimer Lounge -- which will feature a solo performance from Pourbaix, as well as a set from Park Pourbaix, his collaboration with Ellison Park (a project from which we've already shared a few songs with you) Hello Kavita, Mike Marchant and Tyler Despres -- we're happy to hook you up with a free track from My Lover's Lover, Pourbaix's brand new solo platter. If you like what you hear, be sure to stop by Bocumast Records or Max3.com to pick up the rest of the album. Download "Paper's Pink" after the jump.
