Great news for Swallow Hill. After its efforts to open up a satellite campus in Lowry this past spring stalled due to a deed restriction that had been attached to the land, the organization has announced plans to open up a new facility at 7653 E. 1st Place, in the same general area, on the grounds of Colorado Free University. The new campus will begin offering music classes on Monday, March 3.

"We are very excited to finally be offering our unique music education programs in the Lowry area," says Swallow Hill Music CEO Tom Scharf in a statement. "The residents of the area and the surrounding communities have been very encouraging and supportive. We are all about building community through music, and I can't think of a better place to open our next satellite location. Additionally, we are pleased to be on the same campus as Colorado Free University. They are a great match for us, as CFU also focuses on life-long learning."

The course information won't be available until after the first of the year, but its lease will give Swallow Hill access to three classrooms and a ballroom, where it will present group studies and Little Swallows and Little Mozarts early education programs.
