While Butch Vig is probably best known for his work as a Grammy-winning producer who's worked with the likes of Nirvana or, more recently, the Foo Fighters, he's also a member of Garbage, an alt-rock act (and a rather decent one at that) that formed in the mid '90s and was led by the fiery Scottish siren, Shirley Manson. Although the act kept a relatively low profile in recent years, it has announced plans to return with a new album, Not Your Kind of People, on its own label, STUNVOLUME, on May 12. The outfit is hitting the road in support of the album on a tour which makes a stop in Denver at the Ogden Theatre on Wednesday, April 25. Tickets for the show go on sale this Saturday, March 10, at 10 a.m.
