No surprises last night on American Idol. The bottom three, Elise Testone, Hollie Cavanaugh and DeAndre Brackensick, deserved to be on the chopping block following their poor performances on Wednesday. Cavanaugh, the sure-fire one to go home, made it through to the next round -- a second chance. Brackensick, however, wasn't so lucky. And then there were seven.

Last night's Idol also saw live performances by Kellie Pickler and the Wanted, who did "Glad You Came." Their performance was mediocre at best, but all of the screaming girls in the audience turned it into something of a spectacle.

Jennifer Lopez also proved, yet again, why she doesn't belong as the female judge of a singing competition on last night's show. Lopez premiered the video for her new song, "Dance Again" featuring Pitbull, and -- again, no surprises -- it sees her pushing her fragrance line and the formulaic success of her "On The Floor" collaboration the rapper. Judging Lopez by her vocals on this song, she wouldn't make it much further than DeAndre Brackensick did on Idol.
