Fresh off a stint entertaining the President and First Lady at the White House for the annual National Tree Lighting ceremony with Ellie Goulding and Kermit the Frog, OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder is back in the Mile High City and ready to ring in the holidays with us. And the dude comes bearing gifts.

To that end, he's reserved the Ogden Theatre on Thursday, December 22, and invited a bunch of friends to join him for an evening he's tentatively dubbed Denver Acoustic Christmas: A Concert for Charity. So far, Isaac Slade and Joe King from The Fray, Matt Morris, Bop Skizzum and members of Flobots will all be playing special three song sets, along with Tedder's group, OneRepublic, who will play a little longer.

The final details are still being worked out, but there will be a toy drive outside the doors and tickets will likely range between $39.50 for general admission and $150 for VIP, which includes a meet and greet cocktail party after the show with OneRepublic. All the proceeds from the show, which is being presented by the OneRepublic Good Life Foundation, will be donated to and split between a trio of local charities, including Food Bank of the Rockies, Denver Santa Claus Shop and Children's Hospital. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, December 10 at 10 a.m. via Axs.com.
