Around these parts, Distrakt is known as one of the nicest producer-rappers in the game. But in the music industry, he's starting to be the go-to-guy for vintage-style animated music videos. He recently directed videos for veteran indie rapper Count Bass D ("Neon Soul") and up and coming Florida rapper Laws ("Lucky"), along with directing his own videos ("Fire Escape"). Now Distrakt has stepped up another level by directing the video for Georgia Anne Muldrow's first single, "Runaway." For those unaware, Georgia Anne is singer/songwriter signed to Stones Throw Records, one of the more well-known and respected indie hip-hop labels that's also home to Madlib, Rob Swift and the late J Dilla.
