Or, if you're smart, you're showing up early and eating from food trucks.
This year, a handful of food trucks will be parked outside the Convention Center during every session, selling tacos, sausages, soft pretzels, chili and beer-themed treats to those looking for a little sustenance before getting their aggressive drink on.
"All the trucks are gonna be on 14th just between Stout and California," says Denon Moore, owner of the Denver Cupcake Truck, which will be there tonight. "Near the alley. And it's accessible to the public, too. You don't have to be at beer fest in order to come to the trucks."
If you are going to GABF, though, you can't leave and come back in -- so if you plan to hit the trucks, you'd better do so before you enter the center. That way you won't have to leave early in order to put some quality food in your no-doubt drunken belly.
