Monday, February 28:

Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery, 1535 Pearl Street in Boulder, hosts the final event of Boulder Chop Month Competition: At 10 p.m. tonight, the public will get to vote on contestants' facial hair, and vie for such prizes as pork chops, cash and beer. Udi's Pizza Cafe Bar, 7600 Grandview Avenue in Arvada, is introducing Udi's Supper Club, an all-you-can-eat vegan/plant-based, family-style dinner on the last Monday of every month. Tuesday, March 1:

Maggiano's, 7401 South Clinton Street in Englewood, is offering wine classes on the first Tuesday of each month. Tonight's theme is "Tour of Tuscany," with a talk by the sommelier, wine tastings and light apps. The event starts at 6 p.m. and costs $60; call 303-858-1405 or go to www.maggianos.com.

From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m today, all metro-area IHOP locations are offering a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes in honor of National Pancake Day. Find more info at www.ihop.com.
