Pin Zheng, owner-chef of Moongate Asian Grill in Lowry and East Moon Asian Bistro & Sushi in Broomfield, is adding a third restaurant to his growing collection of Asian food temples, which he oversees with his wife Vicky. Jett Asian Kitchen and Sushi Bar will open this Thursday at 5007 East Colfax Avenue. "This is a more modern restaurant than our other locations, and it's not too far from downtown, which is an area that we want to target," says Vicky.

The menu, she explains, is "a little bit of everything Asian" -- Japanese, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese -- and is similar, she says, to the menus at the other restaurants. The new store also has a sleek sushi bar, which is also part of the scenery at the Broomfield location. "We definitely wanted to have a sushi bar here, since people are looking for healthy alternatives," Vicky contends.
