The event, which starts at 6 p.m., is hosted by the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association, and proceeds will benefit the Food Bank of the Rockies and CH&LA Readiness Fund. Admission is $49 -- and that gets you a bidding paddle as well as the chance to visit twenty food-tasting stations manned by hotel restaurant chefs from around the state.
