Larimer Street is returning to its roots as the most respectable -- or at least, easy -- place in town to drink during the day. First came Snooze, at 2262 Larimer, with its breakfast menu and bar, and now there's Euphoria Lounge and Coffee House, at 2048 Larimer.

Euphoria opens at 7:30 a.m. weekends, 9 a.m. Saturdays, and yes, it has the usual espresso bar and a menu full of breakfast and lunch dishes. But the real eye-opener is the list of alcoholic beverages, including a Smoothie with an Attitude, a Café a la Buzz and a Horchata RUMba.

Later in the day, the lounge portion of Euphoria takes over, with happy hours, live bands and DJs adding to the buzz.

We'll drink to that!

It is easy to see why this “secret” will soon be “leaked” to the public.
