At Mateo, "Provence to Lyons" is a seven-course meal, accompanied by wine and cocktail pairings, prepared by Boulder restaurateurs Kelly Whitaker (Basta), Ann Cooper (Boulder Valley School District), Will and Coral Frischkorn (Cured), Bryan Dayton (Oak at Fourteenth and Acorn) and Mateo chef Nate Bychinski.

There will be two seatings available -- one at 6 p.m. and the other at 9 p.m.; tickets for either are $150 per person, and all proceeds go to helping flood victims of Lyons. In fact, a community table will be set for residents of Lyons. For reservations, call the restaurant at 303-443-7766.

Also tonight, the "Harvest Dinner for Flood Relief" will support the United Way Foothills Flood Relief, which is earmarked for flood victims in Boulder and Broomfield counties. The five-course dinner will begin at 6 p.m. at the Chautauqua Dining Hall in Boulder; executive chef Brian Horton is creating the menu and wine pairings. Tickets are $95, with all proceeds donated to the cause. For reservations, call 303-440-3776.
