The sixth annual Denver Food & Wine Classic runs today and tomorrow at Metro State College on the Auraria campus. Today's festivities include an "Art of the Cocktail" session as well as a concert by Ryan Star (Angie Stevens is opening). The main event -- a grand tasting with K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen's Paul Prudhomme -- is tomorrow.
