Frasca Food and Wine will host another rendition of its famed Monday night wine dinners at 5:30 p.m. tonight. This edition will feature a flight of white and red wines presented by Craig Lewis, local wine distributor and avid cyclist. Lewis, along with Frasca's Bobby Stuckey, will pour the wines of Ronco delle Betulle, a winery based in Friuli, Italy, which makes some of the best wines made in the Colli Orientali wine region. Wines will be paired with a seasonal, four-course meal prepared by Frasca chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson. TUESDAY, JANUARY 21 Steuben's and Ace are kicking off a partnership with Osage Café, which the Denver Housing Authority opened at 1099 Osage Street last year to provide affordable meals for the neighborhood while also offering professional culinary training for Denver youth. The Guest Chef Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today will feature chefs from Ace and Steuben's creating a special -- Steuben's Green Chile Cheeseburger -- to benefit the Youth Culinary Academy.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22Beast + Bottle will host thirteenth-generation winery owner Anne Trimbach at 5:30 p.m. tonight. Trimbach hails from the Trimbach Estate, a wine producer in Alsace, France, that has been in operation since 1626. She will be talking guests through each wine pairing, while chef Paul C. Reilly will prepare a four-course dinner to pair with the Trimbach Estate wines. Tickets are $75; make reservations by calling 303-623-3223.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 23 6:30pm Take part in an over-the top wine tasting at the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux at 6:30 p.m. tonight at the McNichols Building in Civic Center Park. The tasting will include forty of the most prestigious Bordeaux Châteaux to be presented in Colorado, as well as a chance to meet with Château owners and winemakers. An array of imported cheeses and crackers will accompany the wines. Tickets are $85 per person and can be purchased online; a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Denver Public Schools Foundation.
