Two decades ago, Cherry Creek was the heart of Denver's dining scene, with both tried-and-true favorites and inventive new restaurants all over the increasingly chi-chi neighborhood. Although this city's food focus long ago shifted from that part of town, Gretchen Kurtz saw new signs of life at Harman's eat & drink, which she just reviewed. And there are definitely other worthwhile restaurants in the area, including those on our list of the ten best restaurants in Cherry Creek posted here on Friday.

The response was quick. Says Si:

Vinue. And take out Harman's. And Aviano isn't even a restaurant!!

Adds Craig:

Elway's is so overrated. There's no way in hell that restaurant survives if it's called anything else than Elway's. The food is OK and sooooo overpriced.

And then there's this from Chase:

Didn't know there were 10 restaurants in cherry creek.
