Tonight's Here & There Progressive Wine Dinner is two dinners in one. Beast + Bottle and Table 6 are teaming up for a meal that features four courses, each paired with a specialty wine from Penner-Ash Wine Cellars. One pair of courses will be served at Beast + Bottle, and the other pair at Table 6. You can begin the meal at either location; a car service will transport you to the next restaurant. Tickets are $85 (plus tax and tip); call Table 6 at 303-831-8800 or Beast + Bottle at 303-623-3223 for a reservation -- fact -- because space is very limited.

For a more sedentary wine dinner, head to Ocean Prime, where executive chef Bill Crow is creating two main courses to pair with wine from special guest Honig Vineyard and Winery.

The dishes and their pairings: seared yellowfin tuna with marble potatoes, fava beans and truffle jus to pair with Honig Sauvignon Blanc ($39); Colorado lamb chop lollipops with warm potato salad and Honig cabernet reduction, paired with Honig Cabernet Sauvignon ($44).

If you order a glass or bottle of Honig wine (with or without the above entrees), regional sales manager Jonathan Honig will visit your table to talk about the wines and share information on the vineyard.

To reserve a table at Ocean Prime, call 303-825-3663.
