Reader: Whatever its origins, the food at Cafe Brazil is authentically good

Cafe Brazil serves up some of Denver's favorite dishes -- Brazilian or not -- including Cazuela Colombiana, which is one of our 100 Favorite Dishes. It's a favorite of Ryan, too, who wrote this: Chef Tony is equal parts craftsman and artist -- this dish is one of his masterpieces.....
