Where's my bailout? It could be at Dazzle, 930 Lincoln Street, when Dazzle's Halloween party will reward those in the most frightening financial situations. Before then, you're invited to post your most horrifying utility bill, terrifying credit card balance, or unbelievably scary 401K loss (with personal info blacked out, of course) on a giant sheet of paper just inside the door.

Then, at 10:30 pm. October 31, DJ/pianist Patrick Lee will kick off “The Black Friday Stimulus," complete with board games, croquet, midnight bingo and a costume contest for best-looking female and male bums, as well as rattiest wig and most creative use of newspaper.

The most creative use of paper is definitely the "Where's My Bailout?" wall.

The people with the largest credit card and utility bills posted there will each win dinner on Dazzle; the biggest 401K loss (and yes, it's based on percentage, not dollar amount, says owner Donald Rossa) will win dinner on Dazzle every week for a year! There's your bailout!
