You've heard them pitching their products on the radio and you've seen them on VT: former Denver Broncos and their branded sauces and condiments. Now the company that runs the concession stands at Sports Authority Field at Mile High has brought them all together at Legends Grill, a brilliant new stadium restaurant that officially opens on Sunday when the Broncos take on the Houston Texans.

The restaurant will feature Terrell Davis's BBQ sandwiches, Mark Schlereth's green chili fries and Ed McCaffrey's mustard and horseradish. There will even be a Karl Mecklenburg-er, and rumor has it that Elway's could be invited to serve a dish there, too.

"I think this is just the start of it," says Justin Kizima, general manager for CenterPlate, which operates the food concessions at Mile High. "More players may come to the table."

Davis, of course, already pushes five kinds of barbecue sauces through Terrell Davis Foods, while Schlereth is constantly pitching his Stinkin' Good Green Chile. And McCaffrey produces a line of gourmet mustard and horseradish sauce.

Legends is part of a new area in the lower concourse's north end zone called Mountain High Mountain Village that is supposed to invoke many of Colorado signatures, from skiing to beer to sausage. Fans can enter the area earlier than the rest of the stadium on game day to hang out with cheerleaders, the mascot and, occasionally, former players.
