Ace Eat Serve opened today at 501 East 17th Avenue. The ping-pong hall, restaurant and bar is the newest eatery owned by Josh and Jen Wolkon and Matt Selby, owners of Steuben's and Vesta Dipping Grill.

Josh Wolkon says he has been interested in the building, a former Storz Garage, for some time, and wanted to develop the character of the building into a great neighborhood spot. Interiors were designed by Xan Creative with recycled materials, including old airplane parts.

"We want to create fun dining experiences," says Wolkon. "Places where everyone feels welcome and can spend a whole night having fun."
