And Bistro One is about to add another comfortable amenity: a hanging garden patio.
"We're taking over the parking lot in the back," explains Jeremy Stinson, Bistro One's general manager. "We'll repave and put up posts, where we'll hang vine-y plants and planters with usable herbs."
That produce will supplement the restaurant's rooftop greenhouse, which produces fruits and vegetables for many of the dishes coming out of the kitchen.
In addition to creating more room for growing food, the patio will also provide space for 45 more seats.
Plans for the project have been approved, Stinson says, and the new space should be open in four to five weeks.
