The second in a quartet of Modmarket locations slated to debut this year opened this week at

Kent Place Center

, 3475 South University Boulevard. "We are thrilled to introduce Modmarket to this part of the metro area," said founders Anthony Pigliacampo and Rob McColgan in advance of Wednesday's ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday. "We believe the menu, decor and dining experience will resonate with the health-conscious Englewood community."

The health-conscious, fast-casual chain, which got its start in Boulder in 2009, now has five stores in metro Denver, with spots soon to open in Longmont (September) and downtown Denver (November).
