This is the second series that Bulthaup has hosted. The first highlighted the local chef scene; this round has focused on mixologists. The Bulthaup company was founded in Bodenkirchen, Germany over sixty years ago; it focuses on clean, modern kitchen layouts. That aesthetic is reflected in Taste, which has recruited top Denver mixologists and chefs to lend their talents to benefit the non-profit arts service Fractured Atlas. Proceeds from the tasting go to One of 99, an outreach program that helps the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver provide community food and culinary arts programs.
The bitter TASTE event starts at 5:30 p.m. tonight at the Bulthaup location at 1038 Bannock Street. Tickets (21+) are $30; find more information here.
