Ashlee Coln had a dream: that ladies could own aprons both functional and sexy. Necessity being the mother of invention, Coln decided to start Cheeky Aprons, creating sultry kitchen wear that combines the front of an apron with the flirt of lace and garter belts on the back end.

The company's official launch party last night included tasty finger foods courtesy Andrea Frizzi of Il Posto, and a specially-brewed beer called "A Very Cheeky Ale" from Vertical Brewing, wines from California's BellaGrace Vineyards and, of course, lovely models wearing Cheeky Aprons, which will sell for around $60 at fashion shows and on the web.
