Designer, seamstress and girl-about-town Baily Rose makes dreamy, dressy dresses that are truly one-of-a-kind and wrap themselves around your personality like a bed of ethereal fairy clover. Really. Visit Rose at 1574 York Street, Suite 300, beginning at 4 p.m. today, with the celebration continuing from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, December 20 and 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, December 21, for party-dress and fancy-coat shopping, alterations and gift-buying; Rose says she'll also read tarot cards, if you're willing. And haggling is allowed. For more information, visit the Facebook event page.
