There is only one real rule in life: When things are free, you must take them. And so it is with the Denver Film Society's free presentation of Far From Heaven tonight at the Starz FilmCenter (900 Auraria Parkway) at 6:30 p.m., which the society brings to you as a tie-in with the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs' One Book, One Denver program, which officially marks the first worthwhile thing that's come from that program. Presumably, the 2002 film relates to Kathryn Stockett's The Help, this year's 1B1D selection, because both have to do with white people befriending black people and... I'm sorry, I just lost my train of thought because this is a free movie that also has Julianne Moore in it, and do you really need any more reason to go? If somehow you do, have a look at the trailer after the jump.
