As readers of this blog no doubt know -- if only because we incessantly mentioned it last week (along with news of a proposed pickup game involving junior dreamboat Justin Bieber) -- Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vazquez tied the knot in New York City this past Saturday.

Want to see pics and tweets from the big night? OMG, us too!

Among the guests, according to the Los Angeles Times celebrity blog, Us Weekly and Bossip.com: LeBron James, Serena Williams, Spike Lee and Amare Stoudemire.

Despite extensive Googling, we haven't found any photos of the actual ceremony and party. But Bossip.com has plenty of shots of celebrities arriving at the affair, which was reportedly held at Cipriani restaurant in NYC and attended by more than 300 guests. Why, hello, Kim Kardashian!

It seems that Mr. and Mrs. Melo allowed photographers one crack at shooting the quintessential wedding shot, however. Here's the photo as it appeared on the Los Angeles Times Ministry of Gossip blog.

Other pertinent -- if not a little boring -- wedding details, thanks to Us Weekly: Lala shed thirteen pounds for the big day; Melo and Lala were escorted down the aisle by their three-year-old son, Kiyan (who was once almost -- but not really at all -- eaten by a lion at the Denver Zoo); the bride and groom danced to R&B songs at the reception.

Oh, one more detail: Lala joined Team Wasted, according to this tweet from THEREALDJCLUE.

But Lala can't have been that wasted, because at nearly 3 a.m. on her wedding night, she tweeted a heartfelt thank-you to her friends and family. What happened next was un-tweetable.

Best night of my entire life. Thank u to all my family and friends who shared tonight with me. I love u. I'm on cloud 9 right now...less than a minute ago via UberTwitterLA LA VAZQUEZ
