The Colorado Board of Health is holding a rulemaking hearing to discuss 5 CCR 1006-2, Medical Use of Marijuana, which would change how medical information is collected, limit the number of caregivers permitted and more tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16. The hearing is in the Old Supreme Court Chambers in the State Capitol Building, 200 East Colfax Avenue, and begins at 8:30 a.m. today.
