An incident involving the latter took place around 10 p.m. last night at the 30th and Downing light rail station. "Two sisters got into an argument on the train," says Denver Police Department spokesman Sonny Jackson. "As they were getting off, they continued to argue, and one slashed the other in the face."
According to Jackson, "There was quite a bit of blood" from this attack, which he says involved "some type of knife," and while the wound wasn't life threatening, the light rail's D-line had to be shut down for a time while the scene was processed. Neither the name of the slasher, who Jackson says is "approximately sixteen," or her nineteen-year-old sister have been released. But they should stand out at the next family reunion.
