In responding to the passage of Amendment 64, the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act, Governor John Hickenlooper said, "Federal law still says marijuana is an illegal drug so don't break out the Cheetos or [Goldfish] too quickly." And like magic, a new phrase was born, and so was a new Twitter account, @CheetosAndGoldfish, devoted to spreading Hick's message far and wide.
