Now, there's been another one, with the victim being found in the parking lot of an East 1st Avenue apartment complex.

At approximately 12:27 a.m. on Saturday, January 11, according to the Aurora Police Department, the dispatch office received a 911 call about a shooting at an apartment complex on the 14200 block of East 1st Avenue.Moments later, officers arrived on the scene to find an adult male in the parking lot. He'd been shot.
The man was immediately transported to an area hospital, but he failed to respond to treatment. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
That's all we know thus far. The APD has yet to release additional info about the identity of the victim, possible suspects or the circumstances that may have led to the trigger being pulled.APD spokesman Office Frank Fania tells us there have been no new developments in the case since the initial reports as of this writing. A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered.
