CU-Boulder administrators insist they're not cracking down on the campus' annual 4/20 event -- but they're closing Norlin Quad and banning visitors on the big day. Thanks to these actions, scenes like the ones captured by photographers Kate Levy and Colleen Whitfield at last year's bash won't be taking place.
