The latest numbers in regard to rent prices in Denver are out.

And in the majority of metro-Denver communities, the upward trend continues.

The data, courtesy of ApartmentList.com, calculate rent prices during the month of August for ten cities in the area. Numbers include the average cost of one- and two-bedroom apartments and how they compare with the prices from the previous month and last year at this time.

We've ranked the communities by the year-to-year price increases for a two-bedroom apartment. As you'll see, the cost has risen in all ten, with the biggest hikes in the suburbs.
