The world of weed is open for business, and celebrities are capitalizing on it. From Merle Haggard, who died before his strains hit the market, to Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dog, who performed together at Red Rocks for the 4/20 celebration in 2014, celebrities are flocking to Colorado to join the cannabis revolution. Here are six of them:

1. Tommy Chong
Chong's Choice is in seven dispensaries in Colorado. One of the most simple in terms of pomp and circumstance as well as packaging, Tommy Chong's cannabis strains are modest yet carefully thought out. Chong decided to focus primarily on the superiority of the bud and less on marketing. His buds are not pre-packaged. Instead, they're sold fresh out of the jar, with budtenders weighing and selling them on site.

2. Snoop Dog
In partnership with LivWell dispensaries, Snoop Dog launched "Leafs by Snoop" in November 2015. "Leafs" include eight strains of flower, wax and shatter, as well as an extensive line of edibles.

3. Merle Haggard
Country legend Merle Haggard is throwing his hat into the marijuana market from beyond the grave.
Although Haggard passed away on April 6, 2016, his daughter is following through on her father's partnership with Colorado Weed Co
4. Wiz Khalifa
Wiz Khalifa launched his product line April 20, 2016, with RiverRock Cannabis. Khalifa's brand includes flower and concentrates.

5. Damian Marley
Damian Marley can claim to be the literal son of marijuana culture. While Bob Marley didn't live to see the legalization of recreational marijuana, his son is carrying on the family name and entering the weed business. In partnership with TruCannabis, Marley is the first celebrity in Colorado to tie his brand to a dispensary instead of a strain or product line.

6. Willie Nelson
Willie Nelson has been an advocate for pot enthusiasts everywhere and championed the legalization of marijuana for decades. This summer his new company, Willie's Reserve, made his love of weed official.
