The zine has become one of the most popular and prolific in the city, which has both good and bad points good because people are clearly enjoying the publication, but bad because some of the earlier issues have quickly fallen out of circulation. Throughout the years, Ive had a lot of great writing and a lot of great writers submit their stories and poems, Polk notes. It just seemed like a shame that those zines werent still in circulation and still in print, so I figured if I put them in book form, its a way to present them again and conserve them.
