Finally got around to checking out the video for "The High Road," one of the first songs to from Broken Bells, the name given to the collaboration between James Mercer (the Shins) and Brian Burton (Danger Mouse). When Mercer first starts singing, his melody kind of vaguely reminds us of a certain Everlast song, and the music reminds us a video game from back in the day, though we can't place which one (Pacman?). If this song and its accompanying video are any indication of the rest of the album, we're looking forward to hearing it when it's released on Tuesday, March 9.
