As spring rolls inexorably into summer, the wine starts flowing, the music starts playing and workshops on everything from soup to Asian cuisine start filling up. What will your week look like? Here's a taste of what's out there:

Wednesday, May 12: Elway's Cherry Creek, at 2500 East First Avenue, hosts the Bombay Sapphire Spirit of Exploration dinner, with chef Tyler Wiard creating five courses that feature Bombay botanicals -- and will be paired with specialty drinks. Winemaker John Balistreri has teamed up with three local chefs who will prepare five courses to enhance seven barrel samples for Balistreri's Spring Barrel Tasting Dinners.
