As always, the celebrity chef lineup for the 2013 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, which will take over Glitter Gulch June 14-16, is a gallery of big, bold culinary mugs: Mario Batali, José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Marcus Samuelsson, Andrew Zimmern, Jacques and Claudine Pépin, Ming Tsai, Hugh Acheson, Andrew Zimmern, Tim Love and whomever wins Top Chef: Seattle (Go, Tyler Wiard!), are all slated to descend upon Aspen for what many deem the be-all and end-all of food and wine bashes in the nation.

Oenophiles and foodniks attending the 2013 Classic include can definitely expect to jostle for seats at these demonstrations, the roster of which will continue to grow:
