Apparently lagniappe wasn't enough to sustain
Saucy, the Southern-style barbecue joint that opened in late January at 2200 Market Street, a tough space that swallowed Otto's Grill and Brix before spitting out Saucy earlier this week.
Nearly everything in the restaurant is up for auction, including six flat-screen TVs, conference tables and chairs and bar equipment. If you're in the market to furnish a restaurant, preview and registration begins at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11; the sale will start with a bulk bid of the whole kit and kaboodle.
