The Seasoned Chef Cooking School has a lineup of culinary classes this year that will not only teach proper cooking techniques, but also introduce students to new worlds of cuisine. From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. tonight, chef Andrew Lubatty of the Avenue Grill will offer instruction on the rich, romanticized cuisine of Spain. He'll cover the historical and modern dishes of Spain, from regional specials to the ever-popular paella. Tuition is $80 per person; find more details and register on the Seasoned Chef website.
