Bombay Bowl, 12023 East Arapahoe Road in Englewood, is celebrating one year in business on Monday -- but its customers are the ones who will get the present. Between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on March 1, anyone who purchases a soda or naan bread bread will get a free entree.

In case you've never eaten at Bombay Bowl, here's how it works:

First, you choose whether you'd like a bowl, roti roll or salad. Then you pick your protein -- chicken, steak, braised beef, shrimp and tofu are your options. Add sauteed vegetables or chickpea curry, then choose a sauce (tikka, vindaloo, saag or korma) and a chutney (yogurt raita, sweet tamarind, cilantro garlic or chili lime).

The final step: Chow down!
